Payments are handled by Stripe; we store only whether the subscription is current. A paid host keeps hosting for 30 days past the last check-in, so a chapel without internet is fine.
Two ways, both on the I'm the director page of the console on the host PC:

Licence code — handy on a shared chapel PC where you'd rather not type your password:
…Anyone with this code can host on your account, so share it only with your own PCs. New code retires it; PCs already signed in keep working.
Each PC signs in once with this account (the I'm the director page of the console). Sign out there to release it.
Windows 10/11 · Chrome or Edge for the director · phones use their normal browser. See the README in the download for everything else.
Install Termux (from F-Droid), open it and paste:
curl -fsSL https://www.wardchoir.org/android/install.sh | bash
Then type wardchoir whenever you rehearse; turn on the phone's hotspot and singers join it. Full Android instructions. (iPhones can run the director console, but not the host.)
